Open the app and tap “Log In” to surf through the app or “Sign Up” to create an account or log in.
Fill in your details (name, email, phone number) and set a secure password, if you haven’t created an account
If you have created an account, just log in.
Browse Products by Category
After logging in, the homepage will display featured vendors and deals.
Use the search bar at the top left to explore items.
You can also browse through the New in store section and click on see all to sieve through newly added items.
Each category shows products tailored to your needs, making it easier to find what you’re looking for.
Product Information
Tap on a product you’re interested in to view its details.
On the product page, you’ll find:
High-quality images of the product.
Price (including installment payment options).
Product description (specifications, features, etc.).
Delivery & Return (will tell you about shipping and return details).
Flexible Payment Options
One of the best features of the Fair App is its installment payment system, which makes purchasing easier.
On the product page, click the “how it works” option to get more information on how to split your payment over several months.
Choose your preferred payment plan based on your budget.
You can also view the total installment breakdown before proceeding to payment.
Adding Items to Your Bag
Once you’ve decided on the product, tap “Add to bag”.
You can continue browsing or proceed to checkout by clicking on the bag icon in the bottom right corner.
Review your bag to ensure all items are correct.
Checkout and Payment
In your bag, review the items and click on “Buy Now” to make payment.
Enter your preferred delivery address
Enter any promo codes or discounts you may have.
Click on “wallet” and update your information (name, email, BVN, etc.) if needed.

Track Your Order
